Senior Creative Strategist
FeverUp is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to join our Brand Partnerships team in Madrid. As a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, FeverUp aims to democratize access to cultural experiences through innovative technology and data-driven approaches. The Senior Creative Strategist will play a pivotal role in developing brand partnership proposals that blend research, insight, and creative storytelling to drive revenue and client success.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive 360-degree proposals by synthesizing partner RFPs and conducting audience research. You will design visually compelling decks using AI imagery tools to bring strategic recommendations to life and collaborate with Sales and Creative Solutions teams to refine and execute ideas across owned channels. Additionally, you will develop sales enablement materials, including capability decks and engaging case studies, and present creative concepts and strategic rationale confidently in both internal and client-facing meetings. Managing a high volume of proposals weekly, you will ensure all proposals align with the goals and tone of voice of the network.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in creative strategy, brand partnerships, or integrated campaign development. Strong design abilities with proficiency in Google Slides and experience using visual AI tools are essential. A proven track record in responding to agency RFPs and working directly with sales teams is required, along with exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills. The candidate should be a highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple fast-moving projects and possess fluency in both English and Spanish.
