As a Senior Counsel, you will lead high-exposure cases, develop compelling case themes, and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials. Your role will involve routine communication with clients, cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients, and providing leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys. The firm emphasizes a collaborative, no-silos mindset, allowing you to work as part of a team with all levels of experience.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor from an ABA-approved school and be licensed in Washington State. A minimum of 8 years of solid litigation experience, including litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation, is required. Experience handling insurance defense matters is preferred. Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is necessary. The firm seeks individuals who can think and act independently with minimal supervision and who have outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $145,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Attorneys are eligible for an annual billable hours bonus starting at $10,000, with additional increments for higher tiers. Comprehensive benefits cover health, vision, dental, and life insurance, with employer contributions averaging $700 to $1,700 annually.
