Associate Attorney

Tyson & Mendes LLP, a nationwide litigation firm specializing in insurance defense, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Los Angeles office. The firm is renowned for its innovative approach to mitigating "Nuclear Verdicts®" and offers a collaborative environment for legal professionals.

In this role, the Associate Attorney will develop and implement case strategies, manage court appearances, depositions, motion practices, and trials. The position also involves maintaining professional communication with clients and mentoring junior attorneys.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, an active California bar license, and 1–8 years of litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation. Prior insurance defense experience is preferred.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $115,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience, with additional annual bonuses.
