Candidates should possess over five years of B2B SaaS experience, particularly within the Nordic cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure market. A self-motivated individual with a passion for cybersecurity, they should excel in building human connections and be comfortable with regular travel. High emotional intelligence and intentional listening skills are essential to understand and address customer pain points effectively. A deep understanding of Nordic business cultures, with professional proficiency in Swedish or Danish and fluent English, is highly preferred. Technical curiosity, especially regarding AI-powered attack path analysis, Zero-Trust architectures, and securing industrial systems, is also important.
