As a Senior Chef de Partie at Soho House, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade, contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. This involves meticulous preparation before service, efficient station setup, and adherence to company plating guidelines. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, comply with health and safety regulations, and collaborate effectively with both front and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a high-profile, fast-paced kitchen environment. A genuine passion for food, keen attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow are essential. Proficiency in basic food safety and hygiene practices, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a positive, proactive attitude are also required. While a culinary qualification such as NVQ Level 1 or 2 is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
