Senior Capital Markets Manager

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for securitization issuance and asset-backed financing, managing strategic partnerships with lenders and investors, and leading negotiations on structured finance transactions. The role also entails reviewing legal agreements in collaboration with internal and external counsel and presenting deal terms to senior leadership.
Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or investment banking, with a strong background in modeling and executing structured finance transactions. Proven skills in stakeholder management, team mentorship, and a keen understanding of market risk are essential.
