Senior Business Analyst

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the OpenDoor team in London. OpenDoor is a collaborative initiative between WPP and Amazon, designed to integrate the best of both organizations to drive innovative marketing solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing and standardizing end-to-end processes and governance within the OpenDoor framework.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting current business processes, with a primary focus on the campaign lifecycle from briefing to financial reconciliation and data provisioning. Collaborating with a Wrike specialist, the analyst will refine and standardize workflows across the organization, utilizing Wrike as the workflow technology. Additionally, the role involves preparing process flows and models, managing change initiatives to implement new processes, and working closely with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure effective implementation. Regular leadership updates and the establishment of governance mechanisms for process and technology use are also key responsibilities.

Candidates should have experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the media industry, and be proficient in capturing business requirements and documenting process and data flows. Experience in change management and driving behavioral change is essential, along with strong stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels. A proven track record in establishing governance and compliance mechanisms and the ability to handle complex work and stakeholder relationships are also required.
