Senior Associate, Program Management (Special Projects & Pilots)
The Senior Associate, Program Management (Special Projects & Pilots) at RADAR is responsible for overseeing the operational lifecycle of special project deployments. This role ensures that pilot projects are meticulously planned, executed, and concluded with precision and consistency. The position is integral to the Pilot & Special Projects Operations team, collaborating closely with various departments to enhance and scale deployment systems, making them more efficient and predictable.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end process of special project deployments, from initial intake through readiness, execution, and closeout. The role involves defining project milestones, dependencies, and success metrics, as well as configuring and improving tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet to streamline workflows. Additionally, the Senior Associate drives structured operating cadences, coordinates cross-functional teams, and develops standardized templates and playbooks to ensure consistency across all deployments.
Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in program management, implementation operations, or technical operations, with a proven track record of coordinating complex, cross-functional work. Strong operational planning skills, experience with external vendors, and proficiency in project management tools are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with retail store deployments, building scalable operating routines, and familiarity with hardware and SaaS environments.
