Senior Associate - Labour Litigation
The Senior Associate - Labour Litigation will serve as a key member of Delivery Hero's HQ Legal Team, focusing on high-stakes labour litigation and collective labour matters, primarily in Spain. This role involves managing complex disputes, interacting with labour authorities, and developing legal strategies that have significant operational and reputational implications.
Key responsibilities include managing contentious labour litigation, defining and executing legal strategies for high-risk disputes, and autonomously overseeing external labour law firms. The role also involves acting as the primary legal contact for matters involving labour authorities, interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements, and advising internal stakeholders on complex employment decisions.
Candidates should possess a law degree obtained in Spain, with a clear specialization in Labour/Employment Law and at least 7 years of professional experience in the field. Proven experience in labour litigation, exposure to collective labour matters, and full professional fluency in Spanish and English are essential. Additional qualifications include experience with labour vs. self-employed reclassification, exposure to administrative litigation or Social Security matters, and prior in-house experience in operationally complex environments such as logistics, retail, or tech.
