Senior Associate - Employment Lawyer

As a Senior Associate - Employment Lawyer at Delivery Hero, you will be a key member of our HQ Legal Team, focusing on high-stakes and strategically critical labor litigation and collective labor matters, primarily in Spain. Delivery Hero is a global leader in local delivery services, operating in approximately 70 countries worldwide, with its headquarters in Berlin, Germany.

In this role, you will manage and provide legal consultation on contentious labor litigation, define and execute legal strategies for high-risk labor disputes, and autonomously oversee external labor law firms. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a key legal contact for labor authorities, interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements, and advising internal stakeholders on complex employment decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree obtained in Spain with qualification to practice law, a clear specialization in labor/employment law, and over seven years of professional experience in the field. Proven experience in labor litigation, exposure to collective labor matters, and full professional fluency in Spanish and English are essential. Additional experience with labor vs. self-employed reclassification, administrative litigation, or social security matters is advantageous.
