Senior Associate, Compliance Assurance & Testing

Chime is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Compliance Assurance & Testing team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and bank partner expectations. This position involves conducting comprehensive compliance testing of Chime's innovative products and services to identify potential risks and control deficiencies. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and Chime's issuing bank partner's legal and compliance departments, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance Assurance and Testing.
