Senior AI Systems Engineer
OneTrust is seeking a Senior AI Systems Engineer to join its AI Center of Excellence in Atlanta, Georgia. This team focuses on enabling the reliable, secure, and scalable adoption of AI and automation across the enterprise. The role involves maintaining the operational health of AI platforms, integrations, and solutions to ensure they remain reliable, secure, and supportable as adoption grows.
Key responsibilities include administering AI platforms such as Glean, Claude, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot across various environments. The engineer will configure, maintain, and monitor native connectors, indexing and crawling processes, authentication, integration performance, and connector health to support reliable search, retrieval, and AI experiences. Additionally, the role involves providing first-line support for chat, agent, connector, indexing, authentication, and permission-related issues, diagnosing problems, resolving issues within established procedures, and escalating when appropriate.
Candidates should have a BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical operations, platform administration, systems integration, automation, AI technologies, SaaS administration, or a related field is required. Hands-on experience with enterprise AI, automation, integration, or SaaS platforms is essential, along with a working knowledge of APIs, OAuth, service accounts, webhooks, connectors, authentication, and permissions. Experience supporting production technology environments and coordinating changes across development, test, and production environments is also necessary.
