Senior Account Executive | Spain (all genders)
As a Senior Account Executive at Lucanet, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from sourcing to closing deals, within the Spanish market. You will work closely with our global sales team to present our innovative software solutions and build long-term relationships with clients. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and awareness of Lucanet's presence in Spain.
Your key responsibilities will include advising potential B2B customers on the advantages of Lucanet software, identifying their needs, and developing customized solutions. You will manage the sales process from the initial pitch to contract conclusion, collaborate with Solution Engineers and Professional Services teams, and present our software solutions at events and trade fairs. Achieving forecasted sales targets and ensuring monthly and quarterly quotas are met will also be part of your role.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS, software, or IT solution sales. Experience in presenting and negotiating up to C-level, fluency in Spanish and very good English skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential. Familiarity with the local market, an existing network of contacts in the region, and experience with Salesforce are advantageous. Willingness to travel within the region is also required.
