As a (Senior) Account Executive at Lucanet, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle within the DACH region, from identifying and developing new opportunities to closing deals. This role offers the opportunity to present our innovative solutions to senior decision-makers, develop lasting customer relationships, and collaborate closely with respected partners.

Key responsibilities include proactively identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting. You will build and execute your own pipeline strategy, actively create opportunities by running high-impact prospecting activities, and manage the full sales process end-to-end. Additionally, you will structure and negotiate deals with C-level stakeholders and partner with our Solution Engineering team to ensure comprehensive technical guidance for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS, software, or IT solution sales, ideally in a hunter or new business role. A business-owner mentality, strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly with C-level decision-makers, and experience in the finance, tax, or accounting industry are significant advantages. Fluency in German and business-level English, a degree in business administration, finance, or an equivalent qualification, and willingness to travel within the region are also required.
