Security Intelligence and Reporting Analyst
Klaviyo is seeking a Security Intelligence and Reporting Analyst to join our Security Strategy and Governance (SSG) team in London, UK. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office. The SSG team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our customers, partners, and employees by delivering top-tier technology solutions and services. We focus on building a robust and secure technological foundation that supports Klaviyo's scalability and sustainable growth.
In this role, you will bridge security reporting with day-to-day security detection and response operations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage comprehensive dashboards and metrics that serve as the "source of truth" for the Global Security Services (GSS) organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Security Intelligence Operations (SIO) team to triage, enrich, and escalate security detections, enabling security leaders to make informed decisions regarding risk, reliability, and incident outcomes.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing data analytics and reporting dashboards by integrating data from various GSS source systems through APIs. You will create management-level reports for company-wide consumption, ensuring the data's accuracy and governance. Furthermore, you will support threat detection and response services by triaging and responding to cyber threats, performing log analysis in a cloud-first environment, and developing detailed post-incident reports.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, preferably within the SaaS industry. Proficiency in reading and writing complex SQL queries and using visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset is essential. Experience with Python scripting, dbt, Bash, and tools like Splunk, Snowflake, Atlassian Confluence, and JIRA is required. An automation-first approach and a strong interest in exploring new AI tools to enhance efficiency are also important.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from £52,000 to £78,000 GBP, depending on experience and qualifications. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
