As a Seasonal Waiter/Waitress at Soho House Brighton, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly greeting members, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery in coordination with the kitchen and bar staff. You will provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, maintain exceptional table service, and handle member requests with flexibility to create memorable experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting seamless payment processes.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar high-end dining environment. You should thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings, possess excellent problem-solving skills under pressure, and demonstrate a hospitable and approachable demeanor. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential. Strong teamwork and communication skills are also required.
Compensation for this role is £15 per hour, with additional surplus service charge.
