Chef de Partie - Shoreditch House, East London
Soho House is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Shoreditch House in East London. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen stations, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. As a Chef de Partie, your primary responsibilities include plating food according to company guidelines, completing mise en place before service, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, participate in regular meetings with front and back-of-house teams, support junior team members, assist in preparing team meals, and contribute to the deep cleaning of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role within a busy, high-profile kitchen. A passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow are essential. Good communication and teamwork skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are also required.
Compensation includes a salary of £16 per hour, with weekly pay and a surplus service charge.
