SDET Engineer

OpenFX is seeking an experienced SDET Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will design and optimize high-performance automation frameworks using Java/RestAssured and JavaScript/Playwright. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized test environments with Docker and Kubernetes, and develop load and stress testing suites using JMeter or k6 to simulate high-traffic financial events. Additionally, you will establish patterns for AI-driven synthetic data generation and automated root cause analysis, ensuring the robustness of our financial infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in SDET or backend development roles, with expert proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python. Proven experience in building or significantly extending automation frameworks, a strong understanding of relational databases and API security, and expertise in tools like Maven, TestNG, and Git are essential. Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms are also required.
