As a Salesforce Developer Lead at Lighthouse, you will join the implementation team in Barcelona, Spain, focusing on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your role will involve custom Apex development, integration architecture, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance delivery and code quality. You will collaborate closely with the business analysis team to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions, ensuring the system remains maintainable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise-wide standards.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), building and maintaining integration flows connecting Salesforce with internal and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events, and mentoring other developers through peer code reviews and knowledge sharing. You will also take ownership of technical analysis and implementation, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborate with architects to ensure the system remains maintainable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise-wide standards.
