Lighthouse is a global leader in eDiscovery, digital forensics, AI-driven analytics, and legal intelligence solutions, empowering legal teams, corporate counsel, and global brands to uncover early insight, navigate complex data challenges, and deliver outcomes with speed, confidence, and trust. Since 1995, Lighthouse has evolved from a local document copy shop to a legal technology innovator, building proprietary tools that fill critical gaps in discovery and investigations.

As a Manager / Architect for Engineering at Lighthouse, you will lead an engineering team that owns end-to-end a domain within our product suite, building features and capabilities that directly impact revenue outcomes for hotels worldwide. This is a high-impact role that requires you to combine strong technical depth with people management excellence, while actively shaping how your team works in an era where software engineering itself is rapidly evolving.

In this role, you will lead, coach, and mentor your team members, building a culture of technical excellence and long-term career growth. You will work closely with your product trio (Product Manager, UX Designer) to define, manage, and execute the development roadmap for your domain. Actively participating in ideation, translating product goals into functional designs, and being a critical technical voice throughout. You will act as the technical go-to-person for your domain: lead architectural decisions with a long-term perspective, design and scope complex features, and be the first line of contact for escalations so your engineers are shielded from interruption.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background with experience in software engineering and architecture. Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of technical excellence and career growth. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders. Experience in making architectural decisions with a long-term perspective and the ability to design and scope complex features.

Lighthouse offers flexible time off, allowing you to manage your work-life balance. Additional benefits include Alan Flex benefits of 160€/month for food or nursery, flexible retribution through tax-free payroll deductions for food, transportation, and/or nursery, subsidized ClassPass subscription for wellbeing support, and comprehensive health insurance covering you, your spouse, and dependents.
