Chainguard is seeking a technical Salesforce Business Systems Analyst & Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform while partnering closely with engineering and go-to-market teams. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who is technically strong, service-oriented, and ready to grow their impact within a mature Salesforce environment.

The primary responsibilities include performing day-to-day Salesforce administration and configuration, building and maintaining Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, record types, and automation. The role also involves managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls, as well as creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing teams. Additionally, the analyst will support data hygiene, imports/exports, and governance standards, and work in sandboxes to support deployments and releases.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce-focused technical role, with Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications. Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud is required, along with experience working in Scrum/Agile environments. The candidate should have the ability to partner effectively with developers and technical teams, comfort working with Salesforce data models, automation, and reporting, and experience supporting Sales and Marketing users in a fast-paced environment. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Chainguard offers a flexible and remote-first culture, with team meetup opportunities, bi-annual destination summits, and a monthly stipend for coworking spaces, phone, and internet costs. Employees receive stock options upon hire and promotion, with the opportunity to participate in secondary offerings and a 10-year window to exercise options. The company covers 100% of health, vision, and dental insurance premiums for employees and their dependents. Additional benefits include flexible time off and 18 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents, with the option to use it all at once or throughout the child's first year.

At Chainguard, we are customer-obsessed, focusing on delivering solutions that create value and improve our customers' lives. We have a bias for intentional action, prioritizing, planning, trying things, and failing fast. While we are solving important problems that require focus, we also enjoy the journey and don't take ourselves too seriously. We trust each other and assume good intentions, being transparent with decisions to empower team members to make well-informed choices.
