Sales Representative with Polish | Teleroute
The Alpega Group is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Freight Exchange Polish & Eastern Europe team, based in Barcelona. Alpega is a leading software company with over 35 years of experience, offering modular solutions to manage transportation end-to-end and promote greener transportation processes. As part of the group, Alpega Freight Exchange is Europe's leading freight exchange, matching spot shipments and truck capacity through platforms like Teleroute, Wtransnet, and 123Cargo.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our product, focusing on acquiring new customers in the Polish and Eastern European markets. Your daily activities will include constant communication with potential clients such as freight forwarders and transport companies, utilizing Salesforce to manage customer interactions, and meeting targets related to new customer acquisition, monthly revenue, and daily call volumes. Success in this position is defined by the number of new customers brought in and the revenue they generate.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or has proven hands-on experience, with at least one year of sales experience involving cold calling, cold emailing, and prospecting. Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated eagerness to close deals are essential. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required, along with native proficiency in Polish and an advanced level of English. Spanish language skills are valuable but not mandatory.
