Field Sales - The Netherlands - Teleroute
Alpega, a leading software company specializing in end-to-end transportation solutions, is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Netherlands to join their Freight Exchange team, Teleroute. This role involves engaging directly with potential clients, including freight forwarders and transport companies, to expand Alpega's presence in the Dutch market.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Your daily activities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting cold calls and emails, and managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Utilizing Salesforce, you will track sales activities and performance metrics, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the service or software sectors. Fluency in Dutch is essential, and proficiency in English is also required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
