Sales Manager, Wolt Benefits
As a Sales Manager for Wolt Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of merchant and employer partners across Finland. Your primary focus will be to identify, acquire, and develop partnerships that enhance the accessibility and value of Wolt Benefits for users. This involves collaborating with merchants to integrate Wolt Benefits as a payment method and partnering with employers to include it in their employee benefits offerings.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and securing new key partners throughout Finland. You will manage a robust pipeline through structured outreach, consultative sales, and relationship-driven account development. Your duties will include leading commercial discussions with decision-makers, negotiating partnerships and contracts with larger merchant organizations, and working closely with partners and internal teams on topics related to online payments, POS integrations, operational setup, and go-live readiness. Additionally, you will participate in testing and development work to validate partner journeys, payment flows, and new solutions before launch.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a background in merchant sales, onboarding, or partner development. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers are essential. A consultative and customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions, is crucial. Confidence in working cross-functionally with commercial, operational, and product teams is necessary, as is an interest in or experience with topics such as online payments, POS systems, integrations, or merchant operations. A structured way of working and comfort using CRM tools such as Pipedrive are also important. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
