As a Sales Engineer at Lucanet, you will serve as a technical expert for our CFO Solution Platform, collaborating with sales teams across Europe to deliver tailored solutions. In this role, you will conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business objectives, providing customized solutions that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include delivering compelling technical demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor junior Solution Consultants, share best practices, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, accounting, or tax, with expertise in areas such as financial reporting, planning, taxation, or group accounting. Experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, particularly within SaaS or FinTech environments, is highly desirable. Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools, along with excellent communication skills in English, is essential. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a collaborative mindset, will enable you to thrive in this dynamic position.
