Sales Development Representative
Tenable, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic EMEA team. As the Exposure Management company, Tenable empowers organizations worldwide to understand and reduce cyber risk. The SDR will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and effective inbound lead qualification.
In this role, the SDR will execute targeted outbound campaigns, including calls, emails, and social outreach, to identify and qualify new business opportunities within their designated territory. They will promptly respond to and qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Collaboration with Territory Managers is essential to build and execute account-based strategies, particularly for large enterprise targets and complex upsell opportunities. The SDR will track and manage opportunities, ensuring high-quality handoffs and monitoring progression through the sales cycle. Maintaining meticulous records of activities, insights, and pipeline data within the CRM is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a high-velocity or enterprise sales development environment. Strong business acumen is necessary to navigate complex organizational structures and articulate value propositions to senior decision-makers. A coachable mindset and a relentless drive to improve are essential, along with high adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $19.23 to $25.64 per hour, with additional variable compensation based on company and individual performance.
