Sales Associate
Carrot Fertility is seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating high-value opportunities for our Account Executives to close. As the initial point of contact, you will develop relationships with prospects and act as a trusted resource. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
Your primary responsibilities will include researching target accounts within your assigned territory and performing outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn. You will be expected to take ownership of your process, remain diligent in your outreach and follow-up, and contribute to building a strong sales pipeline. Collaboration with the Sales Development team and other departments will be essential to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience in any industry or capacity. A Bachelor's degree is required. You should be a fast learner who craves knowledge, motivated by opportunity, and goal-oriented. Superior verbal and written communication skills, a clear history of diligent process and follow-up abilities, and experience with sales tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator are essential. Being an independent self-starter who also works well on a team and having a passion for providing inclusive coverage to marginalized populations are highly valued.

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, plus a variable component. Actual compensation may vary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
