The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Enterprise Sales for Central and Southern Europe at Chainguard will lead the enterprise sales efforts across these regions, reporting directly to the Vice President of EMEA. This role involves building and scaling a high-performing sales organization within one of the fastest-growing infrastructure companies globally. The RVP will be responsible for all new annual recurring revenue within the designated regions.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining a world-class team of enterprise sellers, enabling Regional Directors and Enterprise Account Executives to achieve productivity metrics and growth milestones, and driving a disciplined approach to pipeline generation through collaboration with field sales, marketing, channel partners, and sales development. The RVP will also define and execute a regional revenue strategy, build and maintain strong customer relationships focusing on value realization, retention, expansion, and advocacy, and develop and expand strategic channel partnerships across Central and Southern Europe.

The ideal candidate will have proven second-line sales leadership experience focused on new business and new logo acquisition, with at least seven years of enterprise sales experience in security, open source, or cloud development markets. Experience leading subscription-based sales teams, a strong "hunter" leadership mindset with experience driving pipeline creation and demand generation, and a track record of consistent overachievement and accountability are essential. The candidate should also have experience closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders in emerging or new technology categories and managing deals of $200K+ ARR, with exposure to transactions exceeding $1M+ ARR.
