Revenue Operations Associate
The Revenue Operations Associate at Modern Health plays a pivotal role in supporting the Revenue Operations function by managing daily system administration and operational reporting across Sales, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market (GTM) tooling. This position is integral to ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the tools and reporting mechanisms that drive the GTM team's success. As Modern Health continues to expand, this role is crucial in mitigating operational risks, enhancing system reliability, and fostering automation and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include leading system initiatives, automation programs, and integrations; collaborating cross-functionally to identify and address operational gaps; administering and supporting core GTM tools and workflows; maintaining dashboards and operational reports for leadership; troubleshooting system issues and bugs; and developing proficiency in platforms like Salesforce to support ongoing system enhancements. Over time, the role will evolve to drive process improvements that boost efficiency and improve retention outcomes.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, revenue operations, or related operational roles. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and reporting are essential. A curiosity about system functionalities and a willingness to learn new platforms are important, along with a structured and organized approach to project and task management. The ability to troubleshoot issues, find practical solutions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams is required. A strong sense of ownership and the capability to operate independently are also vital. Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Matik is a bonus but not mandatory.
