Revenue Finance Manager (Remote)
The Revenue Finance Manager will oversee the end-to-end revenue operations for Experian's North America Partner Solutions (EPS) business within Experian Consumer Services. Reporting to the Senior Finance Director, this role is integral to ensuring financial accuracy and strategic alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include partnering with the sales team to provide financial guidance on deal decisions and revenue projections, delivering analyses to help leaders understand revenue performance, and serving as the primary contact for revenue-related inquiries from commercial teams and EPS finance leadership. The role also involves developing executive-level revenue analytics, producing business unit reviews and quarterly performance materials, managing sales compensation processes, and overseeing the annual revenue budgeting and strategic planning process.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environments, including FP&A and project management experience. Proficiency with analytical tools such as Hyperion SmartView, Tableau, and Power BI is required, as well as the ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner and develop predictive analyses using large data sets.
Experian offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $100,649 to $174,459, a bonus plan, and core benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401(k).
