Retail Operations Excellence Specialist

The Retail Operations Excellence Specialist at Wolt is a pivotal role within the Retail Strategy & Operations team, dedicated to enhancing daily performance and fostering continuous improvement across our store picker network. Wolt, a leading technology company revolutionizing last-mile delivery and retail logistics, operates in over 500 cities across 30 countries. This position is integral to maintaining operational excellence, supporting partners, and driving efficiency throughout our fulfillment operations.

In this role, you will oversee daily picker operations, ensuring efficiency, performance, and adherence to Wolt's standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring picker shifts, coordinating with Account Managers and partners to address daily requests, and managing performance metrics through tools like Looker. Additionally, you will lead new launches, provide training, manage inventory records, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators such as maintaining a 0% rejection rate and 100% availability.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. While prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred, we welcome candidates with the right mindset and a strong willingness to learn. Essential skills include the ability to work independently, quick learning agility, strong communication in both German and English, organizational prowess, analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
