Resource Manager - L&DR One Europe
The Resource Manager for L&DR One Europe at Clifford Chance is a pivotal role within the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution (L&DR) practice area. In this role, the Resource Manager will focus on optimizing work allocation and the deployment of lawyers to maximize profitability and support personal development. Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to partners regarding manpower planning and resourcing, supporting the efficient deployment of staff across practice areas and jurisdictions, and identifying appropriate workloads for associates and paralegals/trainees, incorporating individual preferences and development goals. Additionally, the role involves providing support and advice to fee earners concerning career development, experience, and interest alignment, and implementing practical solutions to alleviate over or under capacity by promoting cross-sharing of resources.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
