Reseller, Partner Sales Manager
Diligent Corporation is seeking a Reseller Partnerships Manager to expand its reseller partner ecosystem across North America. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing partner performance, and strategically expanding through a network of high-volume resellers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end reseller models and a proven track record in growing partner-led revenue.
As a Reseller Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the reseller strategy across North America. This includes identifying growth opportunities within existing reseller accounts and establishing new critical value-added reseller (VAR) relationships. You will build and maintain executive-level relationships with key reseller partners, understand their business models, and oversee the full customer lifecycle to ensure alignment on commercial objectives and scalable growth. Additionally, you will lead a small team of 4–5 individuals, providing direction, coaching, and operational rigor to maximize partner impact and revenue outcomes.
The position requires 7–10+ years of experience in channel sales or reseller partnerships, with proven experience managing end-to-end reseller models. A strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) is essential. Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred. Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with Salesforce are also important. The role demands the ability to navigate regional differences across North America and manage multi-country AMERS roles effectively.
