Relationship Manager - Manufacturing, Technology and Financial Services (Remote)
The Relationship Manager will collaborate to maintain and expand business relationships, conduct and support retention, client satisfaction and development activities within an assigned account territory for Experian's Employer Services.
Develop relationships with client by researching and understanding business needs, responding to client requests, and being the liaison between the client and internal departments. Create and maintain strategic account plans for top clients within portfolio. Support the renewal of existing business with the Client Development Executive. Responsible for client retention activities and ongoing satisfaction. Generate client advocacy that can be used in the market. Marshal resources to ensure client satisfaction and pass along voice of client to promote innovation. Maintain and expand relationships within client network across various buyer personas. Gather data and insights regarding usage to demonstrate business impact and value; ensure usage at projected levels. Lead client briefings, quarterly business reviews and executive summaries. Collaborate with Customer Success team for data quality best practices and address gaps/opportunities. Inform and educate clients on new and existing projects/products. Create and refer leads to Client Development Executive. You will report to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years complex relationship management related experience. Experience in Experian Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment, Employer Tax Services, WOTC, Onboarding, I9, Paperless Pay, W2 and ACA). Experience with consultative sales, customer service and project management. Ability to travel.
