Additionally, the role involves managing high-acuity cases in a one-on-one environment, utilizing the latest electronic medical record technology for real-time charting and patient documentation.
Candidates should possess an active Registered Nurse license in Arizona or a compact state, with experience in home health nursing preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, central line, and urinary catheter management is preferred. A fingerprint clearance card is also necessary for this position.
Compensation includes a dependable, full-time schedule with competitive weekly pay up to $30 per hour. Benefits become available after 30 days of full-time employment and encompass health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans. The position offers opportunities to work with high-acuity cases in a one-on-one setting, with paid training provided to address any knowledge gaps. Clinical and administrative support is available 24/7 from the MGA team.
