Registered Fund Attorney - Vice President

iCapital Network is seeking a Vice President to join its Legal team as a Registered Fund Attorney. This role focuses on representing perpetual capital vehicles under the 1933 and 1940 Acts, handling a broad range of matters including compliance, regulatory issues, capital raising, marketing, investor relations, fund formation, structuring, and corporate transactions. The position also involves representing other investment products such as unit investment trusts (UITs) and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The ideal candidate should have comprehensive exposure to the retail investment management business and experience in drafting and negotiating fund documents and related materials, including placement and vendor agreements.
