Garner Health is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead revenue generation for its fully and self-insured products within the 500-5,000 life segment. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers. The position is remote, with occasional travel to the company's New York City headquarters.

Key responsibilities include owning revenue targets for Garner's offerings, continuing and expanding advisor partnerships, developing infrastructure for tracking sales and partnership pipelines, and collaborating with market teammates to support in-market activities and broker relationships.

Ideal candidates should have experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role, preferably within the health insurance industry, with established broker relationships. A strong ability to present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving startup environment and be committed to improving the healthcare system.

The target salary range for this position, inclusive of base and commission, is $300,000 - $325,000 annually.
