The Senior Client Success Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 25-30 large market accounts, delivering exceptional client experiences through effective workflow execution and proactive risk management. Key duties include tracking and analyzing client success metrics, developing engagement plans aligned with client objectives, managing multiple client projects with attention to detail, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Strategic Account Management, Sales, and Member Services. Additionally, the role involves leading client meetings, providing educational sessions, and representing the company in both virtual and in-person settings, with travel up to 25% of the time.
Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience managing a substantial B2B client portfolio, preferably within the healthcare and benefits industry. Essential qualifications include demonstrated expertise in client management, exceptional project management and organizational skills, a data-driven approach to client engagement, strong communication abilities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Garner Health offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 for this position, with individual compensation dependent on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
