Regional Sales Director - MN

As a Regional Sales Director for the Minnesota market, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Garner Health's presence and impact in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers within the 500-5,000 life segment. Your key responsibilities will include owning revenue targets, expanding advisor partnerships, developing infrastructure for tracking sales and partnership pipelines, and collaborating with other Regional Directors and Sales Account Executives to build broker relationships. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and sales acumen to effectively promote Garner Health's offerings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in health insurance. Familiarity with the Minnesota market and established broker relationships are highly desirable. A passion for working in a dynamic startup environment and a commitment to improving the healthcare system are essential. The role also requires strong presentation and communication skills, as well as a willingness to travel within the Minnesota market as needed.
Compensation for this position includes a target salary range of $300,000 - $325,000 annually, encompassing base salary and commission.
