The Regional Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team comprising Project Managers, Producers, and other professionals to create and execute events from inception to completion. Key duties include defining regional growth strategies, ensuring optimal sales performance, maintaining high operational standards, and expanding Fever's presence in the local market. The role also entails developing strong relationships with C-level executives from major entertainment companies and negotiating business deals to enhance Fever's portfolio.
Candidates should possess a background in project management, startups, or consulting, with at least seven years of experience. An MBA from a top-tier school is preferred. Fluency in both German and English is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, experience managing large teams, and the ability to develop and maintain high-level relationships within the entertainment industry. A solution-focused, entrepreneurial mindset and experience managing complex projects are also crucial.
