Regional Lead, Ads & Promotions (Retail Media) - North Region

Wolt is seeking a Regional Lead for Ads & Promotions to drive performance across the North region, encompassing key European markets. This role is pivotal in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring the successful execution and scaling of advertising and promotional initiatives. The Regional Lead will be responsible for overseeing the performance of Ads & Promotions within the assigned markets, focusing on revenue generation, adoption rates, and key commercial KPIs. Key duties include aligning local teams with strategic goals, setting clear targets, and conducting regular performance reviews. The role also involves enhancing sales processes for both enterprise accounts and small to medium-sized businesses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new advertising formats and promotional tools, and developing standardized playbooks to ensure consistent execution across markets.

Candidates should possess 8 to 12 years of experience in marketplaces, AdTech, retail media, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving revenue across multiple markets. A strong commercial mindset focused on growth and performance is essential, along with experience working across sales, product, and operations teams. The role requires a data-driven approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
