Regional Human Resources Manager
The Regional Human Resources Manager at Morgan & Morgan will oversee HR operations within the assigned division, focusing on scaling teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments. This role involves managing HR systems, payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring alignment with company policies and culture.
Key responsibilities include administering HR systems such as HRIS, talent management, and performance platforms; handling bi-weekly payroll processes; partnering with Talent Acquisition on offers, background checks, and onboarding; managing employee relations including coaching, discipline, and terminations; acting as a culture ambassador by supporting engagement initiatives and events; ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations; and staying current on HR trends and best practices.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of human resource management experience, preferably in tech, digital, marketing, or creative industries. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities, exceptional organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, thorough knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern HRIS and talent management systems.
