The Regional Director, Enterprise Sales - Nordics at Chainguard will lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives, reporting directly to the VP of International Sales. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and revenue within the Nordic region, focusing on delivering secure, production-ready open source software solutions to enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities include managing and executing the sales team's business and revenue objectives, fostering a collaborative environment for team development, and enhancing processes for onboarding and ramping Account Executives. The role also involves preparing forecasts, managing territory and industry growth plans, establishing performance metrics, aligning with cross-functional teams, and strategizing for Chainguard's largest accounts.

Candidates should have over six years of experience selling technical products, preferably in open source, DevOps, or security, and at least three years of successfully managing high-performing software sales teams. Experience with CSP marketplaces, a proven track record of exceeding performance objectives, existing enterprise customer relationships in Northern Europe (Nordics/Benelux), proficiency with CRM and marketing automation systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, experience in growth stages, and the ability to travel as needed are also required.
