Key responsibilities include maintaining data integrity across the applicant tracking system (Ashby) and other recruiting tools, auditing regularly to ensure accuracy. The role involves tracking interview feedback completion, following up to meet service level agreements, and keeping recruiting documentation and communication channels up to date. Additionally, the coordinator will track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and interview-to-offer ratios, bringing data-driven recommendations to the team. The position also entails contributing to broader recruiting initiatives, including employer branding and onboarding improvements.

The ideal candidate is based in San Francisco and available to work onsite five days a week. They should have over two years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role, with a proven track record of working independently. Experience in a SaaS or tech startup environment is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Ashby, strong data hygiene habits, and comfort in pulling pipeline reports are essential. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
