Quoting Analyst (Position located in Bengalura, India)
The Quoting Analyst at KnowBe4 is responsible for assisting and completing international Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) on behalf of the International Account and Customer Success Managers. This role ensures that all procedures are followed meticulously, collaborating closely with legal, information security teams, sales leadership, and regional sales personnel to deliver timely and accurate responses.
Key responsibilities include filling out international RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for Account Managers across Enterprise Sales, SMB Sales, and Customer Success. The analyst must maintain tight coordination with International Account Managers regarding timelines, data, and progress. Utilizing appropriate channels and workflows when working with legal or other departments is essential, as is developing and maintaining a comprehensive library of data to answer all RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs appropriately. Building and maintaining good relations and coordination with legal and InfoSec teams is also a critical aspect of the role.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, experience working with government-related entities, and proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers. Experience with Salesforce and Loopio is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent grammar, time management, and organizational skills are essential. The role requires a team-oriented individual with strong collaborative skills and flexibility to work in shifts to support global customer requirements.
