Quantitative Microstructure Analyst

IMC is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Microstructure Analyst to join our Performance team in Sydney. This role involves collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to optimize exchange connectivity, analyze application performance, and design systems capable of handling massive data volumes. Key responsibilities include analyzing terabytes of network data to identify patterns and optimize system performance, continuously tuning our low-latency trading systems, and developing reusable code. Candidates should have over five years of experience in areas such as distributed systems, computer networks, operating system architecture, or ultra-low latency environments.
