Provider Sales Director

The Provider Sales Director will be a key member of the Provider Partnerships team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Provider Partnerships. This role is designed for individuals comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to the New York City headquarters.
In this role, the Provider Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Garner’s Insights and Referrals solutions by selling directly into healthcare organizations and digital health companies. Key responsibilities include owning revenue targets, leading end-to-end sales execution, tracking and managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. The position is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role, playing a critical part in expanding Garner’s provider-facing footprint and commercial momentum.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a quota-carrying sales role with clear ownership of revenue outcomes, particularly in selling into healthcare delivery organizations, digital health companies, or provider-adjacent technology platforms. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers is essential. Strong executive presence and the ability to articulate a data-driven value proposition to external stakeholders are crucial. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability is also important.
Compensation for this role includes a target total compensation range of $230,000 to $260,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to base compensation, the role is eligible for equity incentives and a competitive benefits package, including flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision plan options, a 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, and access to Teladoc Health services.
