Promotions Executive

We are seeking a Promotions Executive to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to ensure flawless execution of promotional campaigns across our Sportsbook and Casino platforms.
In this role, you will configure and execute Sportsbook and Casino promotions using internal platforms and tools, ensuring they are launched on time, accurately, and in line with the promotional calendar. You will perform quality assurance and testing of promotions prior to launch to guarantee correct setup and user experience. Additionally, you will incorporate gamified promotional experiences, improve promotions' UX/UI, conduct competitor benchmarking, support post-launch analysis by collaborating with CRM and BI teams, detect execution issues, and proactively propose operational improvements. Ensuring all promotional configurations comply with regulatory and internal requirements is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3+ years of experience in Promotions, CRM, Operations, or Marketing, with previous experience in promotional roles within gaming, betting, or entertainment environments. A solid understanding of Sportsbook and Casino promotional mechanics, hands-on experience configuring promotions or campaigns in internal tools, and strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset are essential. Comfort working with reports, data, and performance metrics, along with advanced written and verbal English skills, are also required.
