Customer Care Executive
BetWarrior is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a rapidly growing digital gaming company, we are committed to delivering exceptional online entertainment experiences across Latin America and beyond. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our diverse and demanding customer base. Your daily tasks will include managing and resolving issues related to systems, websites, hardware, procedures, campaigns, and products, escalating when necessary. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Fraud & Risk, Responsible Gaming, Payment Services, Marketing, and CRM to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our Customer Care operations, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Customer Care operations within an international online environment. A strong passion for customer service, coupled with a proactive attitude and a high level of empathy, is essential. Attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills in English or Portuguese are required. Flexibility to work rotating, shift-based schedules is also necessary.
