Project Manager - LS

The Project Manager - LS at Mitratech is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects within the Legal Solutions division. This role involves project planning, status and budget reporting, task and capacity management, and risk management. The Project Manager will also communicate project deliverables and metrics to stakeholders and executive groups to ensure readiness activities are managed accordingly.

Key responsibilities include specifying project goals, strategy, and staffing; scheduling deliverables; tracking milestones and tasks; identifying risks and contingency plans; and allocating available resources. The Project Manager will manage client-signed contracts, commercial agreements, and all related project documentation. Additionally, they will oversee billable project hours, ensuring timely submission of resource timecards, and build effective relationships through highly developed soft skills. Identifying, resolving, and documenting client-side and internal issues is also a critical aspect of this role.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of project management experience. Strong verbal communication, networking, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to converse with prospects at all levels, including the executive level. The role requires the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple development projects and experience working with virtual project teams are also important. Strong organizational skills are necessary, and the ability to travel up to 20% is required. A PMP Certification is considered a plus.
